Description:Loc Performance Products; Michigan's premiere full service manufacturer of large CNC machined components and assemblies for military and commercial applications.

Loc Performance is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrative Engineer to join our Engineering Department!

This opportunity is great for those who thrive under pressure and have a passion for assisting with drawing review and blueprint editing.

The Administrative Engineer assists the Engineering Department with all data entry, drawing/CAD file management and supporting documentation.

Duties:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Data entry and Drawing/CAD file data management.

Assist in implementing engineering changes and oversee engineering process change procedure.

Assist in developing work instructions for shop floor processes including machining, assembly and inspection.

Assist in performing machine cycle time studies.

Assist department efforts with documentation support.

Assist in managing machining programs, ensure they are saved in prober location and to latest program.

Assist in reviewing process routings.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma and a minimal two to five years administrative experience

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have good working knowledge of Spreadsheet software; Word Processing software and Adobe Acrobat software.

Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to multi-task, read blueprint, understand machine shop and manufacturing processes.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
