Loc Performance is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated CMM Programmer to join our Quality Department!

The CMM Programmer will be responsible for operating and programing (CMM) coordinate measuring machines. They will approve the start of production through dimensional measurement of sample parts.

|Duties:||Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.|
Develops, qualifies and maintains CMM programs.
Reads blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances for a variety of machined components (gears,
Ensures that containment activities take place when discrepancies are identified.
Review and refine data collection requirements according to customer drawings, models, work orders, purchase
orders, sketches and PPAP requirements.
Participates in the corrective action and preventative action processes.
Participates in Gage R & R Studies.
Utilizes a wide variety of inspection tools to complete dimensional reports.
|Qualifications:||Education and/or Experience|
High School Diploma and three to five years related experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, coworkers and customers.
Ability to work with fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
