Loc Performance is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Quality Supervisor to join our Quality department!
Directly supervises employees in the Quality Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; interviewing and training employees; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
|Duties:||Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.|
Supervises hourly employees in the Quality Department.
Schedules layout and inspection activity for the CMM Programmers / Inspectors.
Performs reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
Dispositions product based on review of inspection and test data.
Participates in the Internal Audit System
Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards.
Investigates customer complaints regarding quality.

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
