Description:Loc Performance Products; Michigan's premiere full service manufacturer of large CNC machined components and assemblies for military and commercial applications.

Loc Performance is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SQL Programmer to join our IT Department!

The SQL Programmer is responsible for developing technical, financial and labor reports utilizing SQL within in an ERP environment. Will interact with various departments to identify business metrics and translate into BI platform utilizing Intelliplex; Will utilize scripting to automate administrative tasks and create user applications.
Duties:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Works with Microsoft SQL Server Database to program and write SQL reports for company departments. Reports include employee efficiency, job costing, and inventory valuations to help management make informed decisions on the shop floor.

Understands and uses Transactional SQL (T-SQL) and stored procedures.

Works with Powershell scripting or other scripting languages.

Performs other duties as required to support the Information Technology Department.

Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field and/or four years of experience with MS SQL administration and reporting services, plus experience writing SQL queries and language; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Computer Skills
Must have experience in developing windows and/or web-based SQL applications. Knowledge of PLEX ERP and experience creating visual dashboards are highly desired but not required.
