Loc Performance is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our Quality Department in Plymouth!

The Quality Inspector Provides the necessary quality inspection skills to support the Company in achieving optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity and delivery to assure internal and external customer.
Summary: Tests and inspects products at various stages of Painting and Conversion Coating processes. Compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties. Emphasis is placed on process controls.

|Duties:||Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.|
Selects products for testing at specified stages of the Painting and Conversion Coating processes; testing is conducted on product and/or approved samples. These tests include: Temperature, Paint Thickness, Paint Adhesion, Concentration Testing, Titration Testing, and P.H Testing.
Visual Inspects parts for acceptance to customer quality requirements on all conversion lines.
Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.
Performs other duties as assigned by management
|Qualifications:||Education and/or Experience |
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
