Loc Performance is looking for an IT Technician to join our IT department.
The IT Technician will provide a high level of customer service and software/hardware problem resolution. The incumbent will perform in depth diagnosis and guide users through step-by-step solutions to ensure successful outcomes when fielding calls from the user base, creating the initial record of the request and resolving all Level I/Level II end-user problems over the phone or in-person.

|Duties:||Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.|
Provide professional end-user support.
Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems.
Responsible for ensuring systems are configured properly.
Analyzing and evaluating various systems operations.
Documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolution.
Performing advanced root cause analysis and developing checklists for typical problems.
Providing technical support on a variety of issues.
Escalating problems to next level support professionals when needed.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of all asset information for all PC’s, local/networked printers, monitors and defined peripherals.

Education and/or Experience
Pursuing two or four-year degree in information technology or related technical field, plus minimum one year applicable experience
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to use simple math to perform basic calculations.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
